ICE Bootcamp is a challenging indoor cycling class that incorporates different forms of training in a single 60-minute session. This includes power cycling, endurance cycling, interval training, core training and PHAT training, all performed to the latest heart-pumping music.

Embark on an exciting journey in ICE Attack, which effectively simulates terrain cycling, over hills, sprinting through a plateau and more. In this 60-min class, you can expect to tone up and burn calories at the same time.

ICE MANIA

Suitable for experienced indoor cyclists, this 60-min spinning class includes HIIT-style training to give you a full-body workout and activates the muscles in every part of your body. The focus of the class is on developing good techniques and posture under varied resistance levels and cadence speed (pedaling rate). With strong discipline, not only will you achieve better fitness level, but also build stamina, endurance and strength.

K-RIDE

Suitable for: Multi-level class for everyone, with or without experience on a stationary bike

Props / attire: Shoes with good support (cycling shoes not a must but can help provide better support) and the heart to work out and enjoy the ride!

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, RPM™ takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flats. Spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM™ is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement as you draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. This low-impact group indoor cycling workout gives you control of your own workout intensity as you control your own resistance levels and speed. You’ll build up your fitness level over time and can expect to burn up to 675 calories a session. It’s a journey, not a race!
