ICE – BOOTCAMP
Suitable for: Beginners to advanced levels, with options to change up or down the intensity levels through using the different resistance settings, duration of each exercise and the selection of easier or harder exercise options.

Props/Attire: Sports wear and Sports shoes/Indoor cycling shoes, a water bottle & small towel.
ICE Bootcamp is a challenging indoor cycling class that incorporates different forms of training in a single 60-minute session. This includes power cycling, endurance cycling, interval training, core training and PHAT training, all performed to the latest heart-pumping music.
