BALANCE BALL PROGRAMMES


B.Cube - Defined as Bounce, Balance and Beyond. The ball has been used extensively in rehabilitation and physiotherapy for over 30 years, with phenomenal results. Based on the concept that working out on the “wobbly” ball forces us to use extra muscles and cultivate new skills, we have developed innovative exercise techniques that will help you achieve better muscle tone and definition as well as a stronger, healthier, injury-free body. Great for elite athletes, regular gym-goers, and determined beginners alike, we will show you step-by-step how to use the exercise ball to achieve improved health and appearance.

Yoga Ball - This workout uses a variety of yoga-based poses done using a stability ball to provide support in helping you improve balance and flexibility. The stability ball is a great way to get extra support for moves that require endurance and flexibility and it also adds a balance challenge to some poses. Take your time with these moves and use extra support when needed.

Essential Dance - A great workout that combines a lot of sexy moves to strengthen different sets of muscles such as the back and thighs.

Sexy Belly - Updated from the original belly dance, this is modern belly dancing! Helps improve body coordination.

MTV Dance - A powerful combination of basic cardiovascular steps. Includes floor body conditioning exercises for the warm up. Mix of hip fop, funk, street jazz movements, we dance to popular MTV music.
