Asana, Pranayama & Meditation - Asana practice is Sanskrit for posture practice and pranayama practice is Sanskrit for breathing practice. Both are practiced sciences filtered down from India brought together through hundreds of years of yogic practice.

 

Ashtanga Yoga - A unique system of yoga that emphasizes proper diet, effective asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras & bandhas (gestures & locks), dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) to detox, destress and increase your vitality.

 

Combat Yoga - Unique form of hybrid yoga which combines Yoga disciplines with Martial Arts movements.

 

Dynamic Yoga - More progressive form of Yoga with more challenging postures. Brings awareness to self through movement.

Hatha Yoga - Ancient science combining traditional postures, breathing, stretching and relaxation for physical and mental awareness and well-being.

  

Hot Yoga - Hot Yoga is a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises done in a heated room at 37 degrees. The postures are designed to systematically cleanse every part of the body and to provide a complete mind/body workout. The heated room promotes sweating which helps rid toxins from the body while loosening and stretching the muscles to prevent injuries. Hot Yoga improves circulation, increases metabolism, regulates digestion, strengthens the immune system and burns fat.

 

Hot Yoga 1 - Ideal for beginners who have never done hot Yoga before.

 

Hot Yoga 2 - An Intermediate level for those who wish to bring their Hot Yoga practice to the next level.

 

Pilates - A mat based Pilates class that works the core muscle of the body, including the deeper muscle of the abdominals, back, shoulder blades and buttocks. The Pilates exercise stretches and strengthens your muscles in a non-impactful, controlled manner.

 

Power Yoga - Power Yoga consists of a dynamic flow of asanas (postures) combined with powerful breathing exercises that works the body, breathing and mind. Through this cardiovascular and yoga workout, calories are burnt. In addition, it builds strength and endurance, resulting to a slimmer, stronger, toner and flexible body.

 

Pre-natal Yoga - Pre-natal Yoga can be a wonderful way to put aside time for your baby and you. Pre-natal yoga helps women through the evolutionary process of pregnancy and allows the opportunity for inward reflection, providing a healthy physical and emotional outlet for one’s experiences and ultimately preparing one for birth on a holistic level.
