CXWORX™ hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

 

Like all LES MILLS™ programs, a new CXWORX™ class is released every three months with fresh music and choreography.

FIGHT-DO®

FIGHT-DO® is a fantastic fitness class combining the very best of boxing and martial arts, and simulates a multi-opponent fighting environment. Using punches, kicks, blocks and even skipping ropes, the simple, dynamic and intense combat-type training makes FIGHT-DO® a fun and effective way to burn fat and improve muscle tone.

GRIT™ STRENGTH

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. A more progressive class which calls for more dexterity in movement, control and coordination.

 

Step III

Not for the faint hearted. Must have at least some experience in Step II before attempting this programme.

True Body Tone
