Beginner’s Dance

A dance workout that features simple moves to help bring up the comfort level of dance newcomers.


 

BODYJAMTM

 

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance.

 

Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYJAM™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Each new class will be a different dance experience depending on what's current and hot.

Cardio Dance

This aerobics class focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body control and self esteem with a dance style workout.


 

Essential Dance

Learn the essential footwork and basic moves at an essential dance class. Participants will learn moves on strengthening their muscular coordination and awareness of the body’s centre as they execute basic positions, turns, jumps and leaps. Great class for beginners with two left feet.


 

Jazz

Jazz dance is a classification shared by a broad range of dance styles; it is evolved from early African American vernacular dances incorporating unique moves, footwork and imaginative improvisation to bring an energetic and entertaining experience.


 

Jazz Funk

Jazz Funk is a sub-category of Jazz dance. It is an expression or a fusion of hip hop and jazz coming together as one. It employs technique of street style, funk and African American hip hop moves into traditional jazz techniques. Edgy and full of attitude, Jazz Funk thrills dancers with heart-thumping workout. K Kardio

The K-pop wave has taken the entertainment world by storm in recent years and if are a fan of it, shake and sing to the hits while burning calories in K-Kardio! Short for Korean-pop Cardio Dance, K Kardio is a one-hour non-stop dance workout to K-pop music. This class is suitable for all and regardless of your age or experience in dancing, you will enjoy the great variety of moves and beats.


 

K-Pop Dance

Freestyle dance inspired by Korean Pop Music.


 

KPopX Fitness

KPopX Fitness is a dance fitness class that allows one to dance exercise up to 14 K-Pop songs within an hour. Each song’s choreography is inspired by the catchy Korean Music Videos and has its own signature moves, making it creative and interesting. KPopX Fitness also cleverly simplifies Kpop dance moves and combine it with aerobic & body toning exercises, making it easy for anyone without a dance background to keep up. Variety is the spice of this class, so get ready to have a lot of fun!


 

Latin Jive

A very happy & energetic dance, with plenty of knee-lifting, bending, and rocking of the hips. The fastest of the Latin dances, Jive incorporates lots of kicks and flicks, even twirling of the woman, and does not move around the dance floor like other dances.


 

Latin Rumba

One of the most erotic and sensual of all the Latin dance styles due to its slow rhythms and hip movements that create intense bodily expressions.


 

SH’BAMTM

U-Jam Fitness® is an athletic urban dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout that’s bound to get your body moving and make you work up a sweat - all while having a blast! The workout is set to the beat of urban music and choreography, and will get your heart pumping while you swing from Hip Hop footwork to Bollywood moves.


 

Urbhanize®

Urbhanize® is a dance fitness program based on the urban moves from street dance and Hip-Hop. It combines cool moves with Hip-Hop music, infusing high cardio elements from the Pakistani/Indian folk dance Bhangra. 


 

Zumba®

 

A session of Zumba® is like a night out dancing with your pals. You will be wiggling your hips and dancing the fast footwork for a mix of Latin dance styles such as Cumbia, Salsa, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly Dancing, and more. Zumba is a dance routine that will make you feel powerful! You can expect to burn 500 calories or more in each 60-minute session at True Fitness!
