LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength classes involve the use of barbells, weight plates and body weight to push your major muscle groups to the limit. This challenging full-body workout, which fuses weightlifting, running and plyometrics, will boost your aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
A mix of short bursts of high-intensity exercises with short recovery periods, HIIT increases fitness, muscle tone and fat loss.
