Lina joined True Fitness HarbourFront in May 2014 and has developed and improved tremendously as a Customer Service Officer. Her ability to stay calm under pressure makes her the go-to person for difficult situations. She supports not only her peers but also other colleagues within the Centre. Her mannerism in the way she greets and speaks to members is also one of her strong points.
Nicholas Kraal, Country Operations Manager, also had positive things to say about Lina:
