Farisha, better known as Fafa amongst her colleagues, has been with True since June 2015 as a Customer Service Officer.
Deemed a role model in her team, Farisha takes pride in her job and is always ready to take on challenges at work. With her positive mindset and superb organisational and people skills, she is able to cope with setbacks and lead her fellow team members during the absence of her reporting manager. She excels at prioritising her responsibilities, and thus does an excellent job to ensure the smooth operation of the club.
