A certified Pilates instructor with 7 years of experience, Aiagoda Morais has officially joined True Group as of 1 October 2017.
The foundation of her fitness journey was built during her ballet training as a child, after which she stayed active into adulthood by taking up various types of sports and frequenting the gym. Her current fitness routine comprises teaching several classes per day and working out with weights to increase her muscle mass.
A strong advocate of Pilates with Joseph Pilates as her fitness role model, she believes Pilates is a type of exercise suitable for all as it can bring about a total physical conditioning for the body. Benefits include improving one’s body posture, balancing your muscle functions, as well as toning your body.
