Keep Fit! NTUC U Sports Event: Official Training Partner

The iconic mass aerobic workout organized by NTUC U Sports held another successful event this year with True Fitness as its Official Training Partner.


Providing a weekend of fitness and fun, participants were able to work out to 10 different mass workout sessions led by True Fitness instructors over two days. For participants new to fitness, the variety of classes that included dance, yoga and aerobic kickboxing were useful to find their ideal workout that suited their interest and lifestyles.


Each morning began with a session on the yoga mat, introducing basic yoga poses and breathing techniques to release tension from the body and revitalize the mind. Intensity of the workout kicked up a notch at the Endurance Challenge, consisting of explosive cardio workout routines with back-to-back sessions of Body Attack and Body Combat. The Endurance Challenge was each day’s highlight that pushed each participant’s fitness and stamina while having fun together.


Open to public with flexible participation ranging from single session to half day, the event enabled family and friends the opportunity to work out together. Health enthusiasts of different aptitudes also came together to exercise in a unique mass workout environment. At the same time, there was a healthy camaraderie as participants further mingled in between sessions and made new friends with similar interests.


U Sports was set up by National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) as a community to engage sports enthusiasts and their families and friends. It provides a comprehensive and exciting calendar of sports-related events and activities.
