True Fit makes our debut at The Grassroots Club, conveniently located next to Yio Chu Kang MRT station in November 2017. This 5,000 square feet gym is equipped with resistance, free weights, cardiovascular and Airbikes equipment. Besides functional training, yoga and aerobics facilities, customised fitness and yoga programs are being offered to our members to cater to their fitness needs.
