True Fitness at Great World City is my favorite exercise haunt because of the equipment, friendly staff, energetic atmosphere and privacy.
In the month of July 2014, I started my fitness program by running on the treadmill for about five days a week for approximately 30 minutes each time. I wanted to lose some fat as well as to train and prepare myself for the Singapore National Wrestling Team affiliated with Sport Singapore and the Singapore National Olympic Committee.
I also did weight training to bulk up and gain strength which allow me to indulge in a good burger and fresh sashimi to stay lean.
