VibroGym® training is a form of fitness training where you exercise on an equipment that vibrates during the work out.

Generating vertical vibrations that are transferred to your body, the natural balance of the body is interrupted so to recover this balance, the muscles of the body will be stimulated immediately.

Vibrations that vary with settings in high and low frequencies during exercise are created to help you reach a full body workout more effectively. VibroGym® training is especially suitable for those who seek a low impact workout yet giving maximum results.

Personal trainers will create a suitable frequency and workout combination for your fitness level and goals. Higher frequencies help to relax the muscles for effective warm up and cool down, whilst lower frequencies help to increase muscle strength and tone as muscles are contracting more powerfully.

Generating vibrations that travel throughout your body, the VibroGym® training reactivates deeper lying or inactive muscles. Therefore the whole body is exercised rather than individual muscle groups in isolation.

Faster Workout

The effect of vibration technology stimulates the whole muscular system at once and not one muscle after the other. This compresses your workout timing in comparison to conventional training. 30 minutes is all you need for a full body workout!

Increase strength training

Vibrations create a reflex contraction of the muscles more powerfully that create a higher activation of muscles. This increases the training effect resulting in greater muscle tone and strength.

Improve flexibility

The vibration technology helps to stretch the muscles in a shorter span of time, which increases one’s flexibility. Adhesions (fibrous tissue that forms between surfaces in your body make it harder to move the joint and may cause pain) are loosened by the vibrations, which also helps to increase joint mobility.

Improve blood circulation

Vibrations during workout cause the body to produce more capillaries, making it more effective in transporting oxygen from the heart to the muscles. The detoxification process is also accelerated as toxins are transported out of the body more quickly.
