1) Credit Control Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily payment received - record, apply and reconcile amount with receipts
  • Calling members and collection of overdue accounts from members
  • Filing and attending Small Claims Tribunal matters
  • Follow closely on older debts so as to reduce the risk of bad debts
  • Liaise with appointed legal panel
  • Liaise with Operations Team for dispute cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Credit Control or debt collection
  • Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented, Friendly and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft words & Excel
  • Able to work under pressure & work independently and at times may require to work beyond office hour
  • Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residences need to apply
  • Monthly incentive payout depending on collection targets achieved

 

2) HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, performance management training &
    development administration etc
  • Handle company payroll computation which includes commission calculations, overtime pay, allowances
    and reimbursement etc
  • Hands on experience in full spectrum of work pass (Work Permit, Training Permit, S Pass and E pass) application
  • Leave Administration – track and update personnel file & all leaves
  • Benefits Management Administration of medical and insurance claims (H&S and Workmen Compensation,
    petty cash claims on medical fees & etc.)
  • Handle queries on HR policies and insurance policies
  • Handle NSmen make-up claim
  • Generate and maintain monthly HR reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess min. Diploma in HRM or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in
    HR & Admin
  • Preferable with experience in Times Software
  • Knowledge in Singapore Employment Act & Labour Law
  • Pleasant disposition, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point applications
  • Sensitive & discreet in dealing with confidential matter
     

3) Membership Executive

Responsibilities:
 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership details in the membership database.
  • Provide daily, monthly and other membership statistics and reports, data for financial reconciliation, invoicing and information for the enhancement of the business.
  • Administrating and regulating Membership sales to ensure compliance with the company’s sales policies and procedures.
  • Participate in optimizing and enhancing process and system maintenance of the Membership management system.
  • Provide supportive assistance to other internal departments within the organization, as required. 

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the role and functions of a member based organization
  • Experience in members services and a membership management system
  • Demonstrated administrative ability, showing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and other MS Office working packages
  • Commitment to participative work practices, workplace diversity and to work effectively as a team.
  • Having worked in a membership organization or association with a membership management system is an added advantage.
  • Able to work overtime and meet tight datelines

     

4) Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities 

  • Posting of journal entries
  • Process refund
  • Maintain fixed assets register
  • Responsible for full set of accounts and month end closing reporting
  • GST filing
  • Co-ordinate schedules for audit and tax purpose
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or Degree in Accounting
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in SAP, corporate tax, and Excel will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Only Singaporean or PR need apply
  • Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
     

5) Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle month-end closing activities
  • Daily posting of entries into the SAP system
  • Maintaining fixed assets register
  • In-charge of General Ledger / AR
  • Process refund
  • Monthly/ yearly closing and preparation of monthly schedules / reports
  • Co-ordinate annual audit tasks and liaise with Tax agent
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that is assigned from time to time
  • GST filing

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA
  • 1 – 2 years relevance and working experience preferred / fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Good Knowledge in Corporate Tax / SAP B1 / Oracle / Excel will be an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residences need to apply.
  • 5 days work week

 

6) PT Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personal training department related issues
  • To handle HR/administrative and ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • To prepare and handle sales contract and record sales when required
  • To handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle filling for Admin and Fitness department work related

Requirements:

  • Good command of English
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to learn and think positive
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work 6 days week

 

7) Operations Manager/ Assistant Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage and ensure smooth day to day Operations
  • Manage customer relationship and handling of customers’ enquires, feedback and complaints
  • Work closely with Sales department and manage a team of customer service officers
  • Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented, Friendly and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Require to do yoga/fitness schedule and staff roster
  • Require to compile monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Good base salary
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     
 
8) Fitness Instructors/Personal Trainers
  • Outgoing personality, good motivator and sensitive to people’s needs
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness and health
  • No experience required, in-house training provided
  • Free certification provided for staff
  • Good basic salary PLUS attractive commissions
     

                      

9) Management Trainees/Membership Consultants                                                                                                                                 

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
  • A flair for creative ideas and good problem solving skills and possess
    strong organizational skills
  • Willing to learn and have good interpersonal skills
  • Opportunity to travel and Overseas posting
  • Fast learner and able to work in a fast paced, challenging and                                                                      
    demanding environment- A team player and able to work independently                                                          
    with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply as they will undergo 'on the job'
    training in various management and deliverable functions
  • Good basic of S$1800 PLUS attractive commissions and incentives
  • Temporary position (Min 6 months) are also available

 

10) Customer Service Officer                          

Responsible:

  • Assist in answering of phone calls
  • Attending to walk-in customers
  • Checking in of customers
  • Assist and advise members on the booking of their appointments
  • Planning of Therapist / Yoga Class schedules, monthly rosters, front-line duties etc

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality, Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented and Friendly
  • Mandarin speaking individuals are preferred
  • Individuals who are customer service oriented with experience in front desk
  • Preferably with Yoga / Beauty / F & B or any related Industry experience
  • Female preferred due to the nature of business
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Able to work shift hours, 6 days week
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
