1) Company Chauffeur

Responsibilities:

  • To ferry the Senior Management staffs to our clubs / attend to meetings
  • Deliver documents to our clubs around Singapore
  • Washing of cars & doing car inspections when necessary
  • To comply with all traffic safety rules and regulations
  • To ensure the safety of all passengers onboard the vehicle

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of working experience as a Chauffeur.
  • Immediate availability or within a short notice is preferred
  • Pleasant, Well-Groomed and Good Mannered
  • Clean driving records.
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residences need to apply

 

2) Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering of phone calls
  • Attending to walk-in customers & assist in all administrative duties, etc
  • Checking in of customers
  • Assist and advise members on the booking of their appointments
  • Planning of monthly rosters, front-line duties etc.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality, Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented and Friendly
  • Individuals who are customer service oriented with experience in front desk
  • Preferably with Yoga / Fitness or any related Industry experience
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Able to work shift hours, 6 days week
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage

 

3) Fitness Instructors/Personal Trainers

  • Outgoing personality, good motivator and sensitive to people’s needs
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness and health
  • No experience required, in-house training provided
  • Free certification provided for staff
  • Good basic salary PLUS attractive commissions
     

4) Customer Service Relations

  • Self motivated and energetic
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience not required as training will be provided
  • Opportunity to travel and Overseas posting
  • Diploma holders / fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good basic of S$1500 PLUS attractive commissions and incentives
  • Temporary position (Min 6 months) are also available

 

5) Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, budget and develop long-term and short-term marketing strategies and communications, public relations (PR) and website strategies
  • Lead, manage and execute strategic marketing communications development of all activities including A&P and PR campaigns, events, product launches, exhibitions, road shows, premiums development, etc. to promote the sale of company services/products and achieve the company’s goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop artwork for all marketing, sales, operations and corporate materials
  • Customize brand strategy for local implementation (e.g. identify location for signboards / banners and follow through with implementation)
  • Manage marketing budgets and conduct price negotiations
  • Plan and execute appropriate customer relationship strategies to achieve and maintain targeted business volumes and revenue projections
  • Perform post-evaluation on all trade & marketing promotions & spending to determine their effectiveness and costs & benefits from financial & non financial perspectives
  • Evaluate market conditions by collating competitors’ data, members’ feedback and other sources to identify business opportunities and create brand equity
  • Secure partnerships that complement the company’s goals and image with various organizations
  • Build positive media relations with active pitching of media initiatives with relevant post-coverage follow-ups/analysis.
  • Implement corporate communication and corporate social responsibility events / programmes
  • Support the Customer Service team in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by exploring and purchasing new products and services for members / clients as incentives
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, A&P action plan reports, payment schedule reports and marketing update reports
  • Lead, motivate, develop and mentor the marketing team to execute successful marketing strategies/plans

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Public Relations / Mass Communication or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in marketing with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Must have a proven track record in managing required area of work
  • Must have a positive and mature personality with good interpersonal skills and adaptability qualities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify key marketing and PR strategies and marketing campaigns
  • A dynamic and committed team player who is creative, resourceful and possesses good market knowledge and business sense, especially in the fitness & health industry
  • Results-oriented and driven to deliver within limited timelines and budgets and able to work under pressure
  • Computer savvy, including possessing good presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize and multitask with minimum supervision
  • Able to keep up in a dynamic, fast paced organization

 

6) Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, performance management    training & development administration etc
  • Handle company payroll computation which includes commission calculations, overtime pay, allowances and reimbursement etc
  • Hands on experience in full spectrum of work pass (Work Permit, Training Permit, S Pass  and E pass) application
  • Leave Administration - track and update personnel file & all leaves
  • Benefits Management Administration of medical and insurance claims (H&S and Workmen Compensation, petty cash claims on medical fees & etc.)
  • Handle queries on HR policies and insurance policies
  • Handle NSmen, Maternity and Child Care Leave claims
  • Generate and maintain monthly HR reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess min. Diploma in HRM or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin
  • Preferable with experience in Times Software
  • Knowledge in Singapore Employment Act & Labour Law
  • Pleasant disposition, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point applications
  • Sensitive & discreet in dealing with confidential matter

 

7) Assistant HR Manager  

Responsibilities:

  • Report to HR Manager
  • To lead and manage a group of HR Executives
  • A good planner and organizer
  • Competency in planning and assist to oversee the daily operations including the complete scope of Human Resource functions (such as recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relation/welfare and general office administration)
  • Act as business partner & work closely with Head of Departments
  • Analyzing monthly HR reports
  • Plan & design concepts for improvements to existing HR Management systems to increase the overall efficiency of the dept & company
  • Responsible for attending to employees’ grievances, complaints and providing counseling and guidance to employees as and when necessary.
  • To liaise with Finance department on manpower cost allocation and reports
  • Responsible and proficient in consolidating and providing regular HR Reports on a timely manner.
  • To assist the HR Manager on any ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist Role with relevant working experience in service industry.
  • Must be well versed with Singapore’s Employment Act, Labor Laws, Workplace Safety & Health Act, CPF Act, MOM Statutory Requirements and its other employment related Act
  • Experienced in Times Software
  • Well-verse in Group Insurance Matter
  • Sensitive & discreet in dealing with confidential matter
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point applications
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, especially when under pressure
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and result oriented
  • Must possess good communication skills and good time management skills
  • Must possess the quality of being articulate, proactive, resourceful and self motivated
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to commence work within short notice
  • 5 days work week

8) Account Executive (AR)

Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of Accounts Receivable and partial of General Ledger
  • Reconcile payment for Daily Cash report(DCR)
  • Daily posting of entries into the SAP system
  • Handle month-end closing activities
  • Process refunds to customers
  • Monthly/ yearly closing and preparation of monthly schedules / reports
  • Co-ordinate annual audit tasks
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that is assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA
  • 1 – 2 years relevance and working experience preferred
  • Familiar with deferred revenue accounting
  • Good working knowledge in SAP B1 / Excel will be an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residences need to apply.
