Many aspects of the Circuit Breaker have been lifted but let us remain cautious and continue to step up our efforts to contain and minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection. As such, please take some time to read this notice for the extra measures that we have implemented.

Gym-Time & Class Booking requirement

To access the club, you MUST book either a GYM TIME SLOT (for all non-class workouts including Personal Training or gym-floor workouts) OR a CLASS SLOT via our App/Online Class Booking system.

GYM TIME slots are available in up to 90-minute time blocks.

If you book a class slot, you will automatically be granted up to a 60-minute time block for club access.

You can make one (1) GYM-TIME and one (1) CLASS booking per day. Overlapping bookings permitted. Each booking can be made at a different club, subject to your membership type. i.e. you can make up to one(1) GYM-TIME booking at one club, and a CLASS booking at another club per day if you have a multi-club membership.

This allows more members to access our clubs.

You must adhere to the Class/gym time block you have booked and must leave the club at least 15min before the end of your time block so as to reduce physical interaction with the next arriving batch of members.

The club will be cleared at the end of each time block so that our staff can conduct cleaning.

Identification tokens (e.g. wrist bands) may be issued to guests and members upon entry to the club. Please help to take care of them and return them to Reception before leaving the club – do note that a penalty of S$30 will be imposed for damaged/broken/lost tokens.

Classes: New Schedules, Reduced Capacities

Due to the Time blocks requirement, classes will be scheduled on a rotational basis amongst the different studios to avoid a surge in members at any one point of time.

All classes, including Small Group Training, will operate at reduced capacities which varies according to regulations.

No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend a booked Class/Gym Time, please cancel your booking to allow other members to utilise our facilities.

If you are absent from THREE (3) of your booked sessions, you will be blocked from making any Class/Gym-Time bookings for the next 7 days. You can pay a $25 penalty fee at the club to re-activate booking access within these 7 days.

From 1 March 2021, all cancellations must be made 12 hours before the start of your booked session. Please cancel as early as you can so that others can get a slot.

Session cancellation can be made via the True app, telephoning the club or at club reception.



Complete premises-entry requirements

At club entrance, you must complete the Government’s premises-entry requirements including Trace Together SafeEntry.

Temperature checks and screenings will continue to be enforced. Anyone with a temperature of higher than 37.5 degree Celsius or with any respiratory illness symptoms will not be allowed entry into the club.

To promote contactless entry, you may need to personally scan your membership card at the club entrance.

You will be required to put on a mask before entering the club. Mask must be worn at all times within the club, including throughout the workout except when participating in high intensity training or other vigorous / strenuous workouts.




Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class, otherwise it will be considered as No-Show and your slot will be given to someone on the waiting list.

Enter a class only if you have a ticket as class access into the studios will only be granted for individuals with a valid class ticket.

No members will be allowed into class once it has started.

No shadowing of classes outside the studios is allowed.

Aerial Yoga classes will continue to be suspended.

There will be individual equipment for each class participant.

You must sanitise your hands before and after each class/workout.

You are encouraged to use your own personal gloves for classes and workouts with equipment.

Stand/place your equipment at the designated floor spots.
- Classes: please give each other a minimum of 2m space
- Cycling: keep to a 1-bike gap

Wipe down and sanitise the equipment you use (including BODYPUMP® equipment, Yoga mats and bikes) after class.


For hygiene reasons, we recommend that you bring your own towels for your workout and shower use.

All used club towels must be returned to the towel bin upon check out.


We have put in place a host of measures and additional cleaning including:

Regular sanitisation of high contact points with a high performance USA EPA-approved active anti-microbial (germ-free) coating spray which remains effective for 90 days

Increased frequency of club-wide cleaning, sanitisation of equipment and touch points (at least 3 times daily)

Each club staff provided with sanitiser bottles and will sanitise equipment and touch points throughout the day

Hand sanitisers placed at multiple locations around all clubs including at Reception, Personal Training counter and studios

Sanitiser kits for members available for usage in all studios and on the club floor

Personal Trainers to wipe-down equipment used after each PT session.


All steam rooms will remain closed till further notice

All common spaces and shared facilities will observe social distancing guidelines.

You must dispose your used mask hygienically. Used masks are not allowed to be stored and left in the lockers or anywhere else in the club.


Most clubs will close earlier to facilitate cleaning. Please note our current operating hours.
